You are allowed to criticise constructively which is what the majority are doing - Id ignore the twits on social media whove been City fans since 2012 or when Haaland joined, as they arent real supporters of the club anyway.
Id say around 90% of City fans were utterly baffled by what the club has been doing in the past 3 transfer windows; actively weakening the squad/team and letting it grow old, effectively falling asleep at the wheel.
Recognizing this and pointing out that its been a cock-up doesnt make you some kind of evil or a disloyal fan either.
Ive been a match going fan for 47 years - after seeing us win the European Cup I could live with City not winning another match ever tbh. The last 13 years have seen every dream Ive had for my club fulfilled - in short Ive been lucky enough to have seen us win the lot, in the flesh, playing fantastic football along the way and going to places and doing things no other English club has ever done. For that I am forever grateful.
However fans that pay their money and spend their time/energy watching the club up/down the country very much have the right to point out when the clubs made mistakes, and at the moment most of whats happening is down to poor squad planning and falling asleep at the wheel in an act of complacency.
Agree with this, it’s ridiculous. People who come out with that shit, don’t want to agree with what you say, but haven’t got a coherent argument against you. So they resort to the ‘sniff sniff’ bollocks.well said.
you can't criticise any of the players/manager/board on here without being called a 'rag ****' or the usual 'sniff sniff'.
back Pep to find a solution and hope the injured defenders heal sooner rather than later. What solution would a happer clapper offer right now?
Or one or two of our youth defenders and Jacob Wright at 6 come good and solve the problem.back Pep to find a solution and hope the injured defenders heal sooner rather than later.
Fabulous post and just how I feel! I know it's not great at the moment but it will get better. We are and always will be the best team in the land and all the world. It is a forum for opinions and that's great but sometimes those opinions border on malicious for me but that's my opinion. Anyway on to the weekend and stuffing the reds!!!! CTWDI am probably classed as a happy clapper and I am afraid I am not going to change. It is not that I can't see there are errors, it is that they don't go out on that pitch thinking 'I am going to play badly today'. You don't go into work thinking you'll have a bad day. You try your best and I feel that the team are just lacking confidence at present because of the losses, therefore it is the time they need our support without the vitriol that some of them get.
That is the way I look at it, I will support the team no matter what, without calling them out. To my mind they are still the BEST TEAM IN THE LAND AND ALL THE WORLD. They are just suffering at present and I don't aim to add to their suffering.
Sorry, but that's how I feel. :-) :-) JMHO
Returning defenders will help, going to need more than that to turn this around.back Pep to find a solution and hope the injured defenders heal sooner rather than later.
So all of the (especially key) injuries we've suffered and are still suffering this season is due to poor squad planning? How does that work exactly? You are allowed to criticise constructively which is what the majority are doing - Id ignore the twits on social media whove been City fans since 2012 or when Haaland joined, as they arent real supporters of the club anyway.
