The Happy Mondays are to reform for series of big shows in the summer.


The band were waiting to get all the original members in place including Rowetta.

This is a proper full reformation of the band and it will be great to see some of the long lost members back in action. In a year that has seen the Stone Roses reformation we need these old folk heroes back.

three weeks ago, Ryder's brother said ''no chance'' to him being there.... we shall see!

All I can say Buzzer is that the last I heard it was deffo on, but this is the Mondays so who knows what's round the corner? There was a certain amount of secrecy around the whole thing until they had all the original members on board, which I was told is now the case. Watch this space......

Great stuff Piston mate, i just googled and it seems they are doing a few shows in Europe ie the Hague and then i reckon we will get them in late spring early summer, Fuk i hope this is a goer. Ta mate for thr heads:)

Great news. Will definitely go and see them. Unless I get an attack of Lazyitis.

saw them in the 80s play at brighton centre, thousands locked out and massive party on the beach. mc buzz b supported but not same allure today sadly.
