I'm only 20 so I haven't been on many holidays. Northern Spain in the Asturias region was the best place I've been. Beautiful empty beaches, the Picos de Europa mountains and the little town we stayed in was brilliant. It came to life at night, but it wasn't rowdy or anything, it was families with young children and old people enjoying the atmosphere.

I can't imagine it staying so quiet for long though. It really did have something for everyone.
