A young looking young at heart 43

about 20 yrs ago they said knee replacement could last for 15 yrs I am sure things have moved on since then they kept telling my dad he was to young and suffered for years and then in the end had his bloody legs off cos of diabeties so i would keep at them

Wouldn't be surprised if their more worried about the cost

They reckon about 5-8 years till I can't walk. Pain in the arse though cos worked very manual jobs all my life so i'm fucked now

i snapped my achilles tendon and ankle in the beginning of november.
im still in a cast , well more of a ski boot now. bluemoon has kept me sane.

to be honest i never felt a thing, but when i stood up and tried to walk.
