Pantillimon played in the final of the 2013-14 cup, but Hart was being benched in the league for a bit which meant he played in a League Cup game so fully deseved his winner's medal.

Hart hasn't played in the League Cup this season and as it is currently our best chance of a trophy I think the only fair thing to do would be to let Hart play in the final in case it is the only thing we win this season.
