Look, I'm not usually one for jumping into a thread to give people "a reality check" in the manner of those who insist on reminding everyone that we played York City away once, but if "Typical City" is a top four finish every season and the odd cup final then it's not much to complain about - especially when you factor in that the world's greatest manager is going to be in charge of a young, energetic squad next season and that what we're currently going through is "a dark time". We might well get battered in the final next Sunday but it'll be little more than a pinprick in the tapestry when we look back after Pep's departure at the end of the decade.
