I think people need to watch Weaver's again. There is a moment where his face actually changes as he loses the plot, then just runs and runs without any real direction. He was probably pissed, mind. ;-)

Id put them dead even. You could see it in Joe's face, especially when he hugs Clichy. Weaver on the other hand went completely mental, and would probably have run outside the stadium, around London and come back had nobody caught him.
