Has anyone put their central heating on yet?

Can you go out and cut your own? Here I can go into any National Forest area and get 4 cords for $25 and if I want more get another $25's worth

In my last property 4k Sq metres I did exactly that but the need to store a year to let the sun dry it out meant storage problems so my neighbour Diego who has mountains of dried out logs from his tree surgeon business sells it to all and sundry for about 150 euros a full lorry load which is more than enough for our shorter winter usually Jan and Feb.

I always like to have a year's supply in addition although I only burn wood in my .....wood shop and sauna

I’ve put the smart meter away as you become quite obsessed with it.

I keep getting texts from our provider about us installing one. It must cost them a fortune in sending them out to everyone as I get one a week. I reckon they could knock a few quid off everyone's bills if they stopped bloody sending them!

Going to be getting bloody cold over the next week, I’m sure the gas companies will be rubbing their hands at this :(

Valliant app crashed yesterday so we couldn't turn our heating down or off all night! probably cost a bomb

Error code -110 about 7 times a day ! Any gas lads on here any advice appreciated- Boiler - Main (Baxi),proper pissing me off now
Too much air in your system bleed all your radiators then top boiler pressure back up to 1.5 reset it and see how you get on
