Home Bargains £6.75 a bag, B&M 8.75 and Quality Save £6.49 for a bag of kiln dried logs. Was £4 last year!Same here. Log burner is on every evening though. Dreading the next batch of wood, the price of that has gone through the roof as well

What’s bad is how many companies are using the current situation to profiteer and drive inflation and cost of living higher all whilst ordinary folk struggle to get by. OutrageousIt’s not like it grows on trees!

When I had log fires I’d spend about 20 hours a week with my chainsaw and axe, think I only bought wood once, chopping up pallets for kindling is also a good money saver.Home Bargains £6.75 a bag, B&M 8.75 and Quality Save £6.49 for a bag of kiln dried logs. Was £4 last year!
