Yes it has. Nothing will ever top last season.
We were down 2 - 1 and looked destined to live up to snatching defeat from the jaws of victory tag that often accompanies this club and then we perform the master of all comebacks.
Not only do we score that last second goal but we beat United to win the league in Fergie time having been 8 points behind them at one stage on goal difference. That will stick in their throats forever.
I walk into work to utter silence every day wearing my City coat when the United fans I work with see it. "Why are we talking about football?" is often mentioned if I bring up last season nowadays.

My wife and step daughter moved out to cyprus a month before the day we won it and i had to stay behind to tie up loose ends so i was there the day we won it i can honestly say that in my 57yrs that was the best day of my life. Now im here in cyprus i constantly play any utube or any footage of the great day esp the reactions of the red scum fans and players at sunderland my missus is a big blue and so is my step daughter and they think its hilarious me i try not to cry with pride'They caught me with tears rolling down my face the other day when they came back from shopping we had abig hug and thats when its finally sunk in'god i love that club

Still find it hard to believe what happened and how it happened,let's be honest we have fuckin suffered as fans of that football club over the years and that's what makes success taste so much sweeter.
Onwards and upwards now blues it's time for us not to rest on our laurels and become the dominant force in world football,I will tell you this their is not a set of fans that deserve it more than us,that was shown to the world the moment we became champions.
