Has Mark Hughes Impressed you

No not really, but what matters is, that ADUG believes in him.

I hope that people will give him more time this season, than they did last year.

Basically ADUG have asked us to be patient with Hughes, and if they can be patient so can I.
 
I think I'll reserve judgement until I see what happens on the pitch if that's OK. The only true measure of how he's doing is if we succeed in the league. If, as many say, he's sorting things out behind the scenes then that's good news, and if that's true then these efforts will be rewarded by results. In the same way that it's complete bollox to slag him off before the season starts, then surely it's complete bollox to heap praise upon him before the season starts too?
 
I am the last persom to heap praise on him as i thought he was shite last season . He has just impressed me with the way he has conducted himself latley . .How long the feel good factor will last F**k knows

Wasn't implying you were mate. I just think that some people are too quick to praise him when we haven't seen any real results of what he's doing (as it is also to early to slag him off I might add).
 
I was impressed by what he did at Blackburn - not so much with last season until he started to turn things around after January. I believe he'll do fine for us, just hope the new players gel quickly and defence gets tighter. I'm a bitdisappointed that he kept on after Terry and Lescott when he should have gone out and got a Nelsen, Samba etc type player like he did at Blackburn. He showed there that he can pick up solid defenders for bugger all but hey ho - think Barry & Tevez will be excellent buys, not convinced by Adebayor though.

I'm dissapointed with away matches last season but he makes some very good points. We had very little EPL experienced players, some injuries, and not enough depth to cover. However his signings have very much impressed me except TBH also the attitude he carries is also very proffesional and confident. Yes I think he can take us to the top and he has definately impressed me.
