who runs Associated Response plumbing and heating company, is originally from Dublin. As well as being a Manchester City football fan, an online profile for the 48-year-old reveals he also admires ageing action stars including Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone, and Dolph Lundgren.

Per Landen Evening Standard, Hugh Doyle the plumber arrested yesterday

Shows what a load of bollocks the whole thing was, without necessarily meaning to. This was just showing off, audacity, nothing to lose, by a gang of aged former armed robbers. They are not the group of hapless Dads Army nomarks they have been made out to be. They were all proper old school criminal cunts. The difference is that when they did their old crimes the way it was investigated was different and they had more chance of getting away with it. They hadnt kept up with modern life in terms of tactics and the digital age, and so they got caught. But they didnt care, it was a two fingers up from them. As this doco shows these people were the ex Brinks Mat robbers and the like. They had done years in prison, and didnt mind going back at ther age, and if it came off it was their pension. If it didnt, they didnt care. These cunts live by some strange code we dont, it was them showing that they still could and fuck you. For me, Id rather grow old gracefully. The group of old grippers theyve got as actors in this doco isnt right either, they were not like that all. Kenneth Noye is that age, and he'd kill you for just cutting him up in a line of traffic. And he is their mate.

I would say commercial theft and non-domestic burglaries such as this are about the least reprehensible serious crime, morally speaking.
