Not looking for arguments here, so just ignore me if need be. I really am looking forward to Saturday and as always I'm hoping for a Utd win. I think it will be a great day with both sets of fans really up for it and ready to paint Wembley red and white. I'm really hoping that there's no trouble as occasions like this don't come around often and it will be a real shame if trouble overshadows this day. We have a great chance to show the world what a Manchester derby is all about (cue replies of you don't come from Manchester for the 1000th time) and how we can take the mickey out of each other in the stands, without it descending into violence.

So I sincerely hope you enjoy the trip down, enjoy drinking in London, have a good sing song and even enjoy your 'surprise Poznan' (the worse kept 'secret' of all time). Obviously I hope that's where the enjoyment stops for you and I'd expect no less from yourselves regarding us! It has the potential to be a cracking battle on the pitch, let's hope it stays there and it's great football we're discussing on Saturday night.

I imagine they're just trying to wind you up mate, having a bit of banter? If you get upset then you're falling for it, I'd just laugh it off. It's like the 'tick tock' thing that the City fan started to try to wind us up, just a bit of fun from my perspective.

Thankyou so much, we know what banter is,,, we also recognise smaguntery when we see it. You started this thread with no other reason than to obtain the reaction you got. That makes you a WUM regardless of how you try to dress it up.

I meant red and blue, my genuine error. As for a wum, check my other posts and you'll see I'm not.

Also thans De Niro, don't worry I'll live :)

Fuck me, do people react like this in real life when they encounter a rag because it must make life pretty difficult? He's not exactly said anything particularly offensive or inflamatory.

Exactly. Viva Rivaldo is one of the best posters on here, he talks a lot of sense, and he happens to be a rag. As long as they aren't WUMing, then there is no need to abuse him. He must feel pretty shit as it is, knowing the "noisy neighbours" are going to overtake them in a few years.
"With both sets of fans really up for it and ready to paint Wembley red and white"
On a City forum?
You think he's not a tool?
Are you for real?
Get this WUM scum off our site. Some proper naive care bears on here. These pitiful rag freaks are laughing at you every time they are allowed to get away with posting this shit.
And this guy only admitted who and what he was after being sussed by board members.
Get rid.

I get your point but this is a CITY forum and alot of the things he said were about what he wantss the day to be like for us and red and white (we wear blue btw amd they wear black), and then he is preaching about no violence, IT'S NOT US THAT START IT! It's the MIB thinking they are solid for being arrogant wind up merchants that pick on the defensless or throw bricks from a distance

Just to reiterate, undercover rag scum from their joke fanboy sites have finally realised that names like 'massive35' etc are not subtle.
Now they go for 'Big Tony', 'Big Jim' etc.
It's rag forum code for 'massive'. The tragic freaks are all giggling about their amazing subterfuge skills.
There will usually be a reference to 'Stockport' as well.
Get rid.

It's not gonna happen, mate. I don't know why but this site tries to 'rise above it'. Personally I'd get rid of every one of them as I couldn't give a shit what any of them have got to say. I'd rather argue with a blue than agree with a rag.

This sort of poster always seems to split the forum in two. Some people just can't stand to discuss football with anyone who doesn't support their own team, let alone rags, while others (myself included) are more than happy to do so, as long as they genuinely want to talk football and aren't abusive or wittily trying to sneak the word 'massive' into every post (yawn).

I have occasionally posted on other teams forums before or after we played them. In fact I'd do so more often but for the pain in the arse registration process most of them have. I don't see the problem.

As for the OP, apart from the red and white typo, is there anything to take offense at? I too hope it's a trouble-free day and whichever of us loses can take it on the chin. We've had enough practice, so I'm pretty sure we can. It's their turn on Saturday.
