Absolute chaos getting back from Manchester last night. As you can imagine, town was packed so I got on the Chester train aiming to get the Merseyrail stopper home.

The train was held at Warrington for too long before finally being taken out of service. There was nothing arranged so five of us cab shared to Chester. Everything was shut upon arrival.

Taxis were few and far between so I ended up in a hotel. This morning was cancellations galore which meant the Liverpool bus. Normally I’d be furious but I had a good night so it’s chalked off.

I did a somersault (much to my two daughter’s delight) onto our Sofa.. not sure why.. I just had to do something, anything as a release when the ball finally hit the net… it was a bit absurd if I’m honest but pent up anxiety and 8 pints will do that to you.
