Have we finished spending?

We are never "done" spending until we win things. Every top club spends on a yearly basis. Even Barca have dropped £70 mil this summer. We have good players. But there will always be better options or a need for depth as our players get older.

agree

If you look at our squad, the Thread title answers itself.
Unless we lose some really key players such as De Jong or Kompany.
I would hate to see Silva go, as he's my favorite player but even Nasri could fill in his role (as much as it kills me to say), and thats just thinking the worst.
Hopefully he stays for good!

If Mancini fancies teaching Bale to defend, I'd slap £30 mill on the table for him as well and ship Kolaaaaaaaaaaaaaarov out

Depends if FIFA and UEFA get their latest 9 plus 9 rule through or not.

?

Only 9 foreigners allowed in squad.

Nope. 9 home grown players in starting squad of 18. It's effectively 8 from 25 at the moment.

ECA set to fight it so we will see. Blatter again trying to devalue the club game so National teams become more attractive.

It will depend on what U.E.F.A. count as home grown. To me home grown would have to be anyone who was born and brought up in England. That would discount anyone else born in the United Kingdom.

Anyone that has been registered as a player for three seasons before the age of 21 at any club in England and Wales. Nationality is irrelevant that's how they get around the EU regulations.
