Hehe good thread this.... my wifes family are reds, I take my young son to see City, my father in law takes him to the swamp I'm sure he will see sense eventually and choose the right path. I do have a fantasy though, me in my City shirt and some girl wearing a rag shirt so I can wipe my .... on it after I've given her a good seeing too lol (any takers) (I'll probably get banned for this).....
Done this with a girl once she wasn't impressed !

I have had a couple of flings with reds, too much arguing over football though,

and they werent very good in the box !

I cant believe ive said that but it was true!

Claire, I had to make your middle comment bigger as was struggling to read it....and how shocked I am by your turn of phrase...ha ha ha

Currently am. Been with her for 11 months. Her Dad's got a room with all signed United shirts and stuff, which I find funny because there are about 15 of them and they'll cost quite a bit, but he's bought them instead of a season ticket... Mind you he is okay, and I reckon she'll become a blue eventually. They don't seem to mind me for being a blue though, they made me a City cake for my birthday :D :D :D :D :D

ehehe

- on this subject, I wonder what Kinsey might have discovered if he had investigated the Blue Half v the Rag Half in the romantic stakes?

My other half /fiancee is, she`s pretty reasonable and knows more about football than most blokes I know, she`s played professionally too so that helps.
To her credit she f*ckin hates the `Bacon can do no wrong` brigade and fans that refer to them as `Manyoo`( never heared a Mancunian red call them that EVER).
In general she just loves football, no hassle about going to the pub to watch the match etc or too much football on the telly during World/Euro cups (like my ex-wife), will sit there with me getting p1ssed, wish she was a blue but you can`t have everything, I have managed to convince her though that any children should be Blues though ;-).

Yes; until I found out she was a red and she was instant ex.

ehehe, good one!

hadn't forgotten about little Stevie - you've been watching City for as long or longer than I have... I think we'd have to have Dave Watson back if we went a little bit further out in time, but I'd also take Nicky Reid too just for sheer determination.
