Not really. I could be single forever and not be fussed. I do all the cooking, cleaning, laundry etc and it works out fine I'm happy with that. Got our home and kid too and hes happy and has a regular routine with rules and stability

I know a lot of mates from back home who have had messy divorces and kids used as pawns. Some have had their hearts broken and vice versa
