we're nailing these clubs on the pitch and we should be nailing them off it as well.

qpr to us are a nothing club but they took the piss out of us yesterday. not only that but in front of anyone watching. can't let it happen again, embarrassing.

Now you sound like a typical arrogant rag, putting down other clubs and their fans. How old are you, out of interest?

He'll be one of those spotty little twats at the back of the upper tier singing "there's only one Joey Barton"

even when 1-0 down the city fans could be heard singing were not really here, amazing support from city as usual!

Unbelievable post, probably the worst i have read on here so far!

Some of the comments are incredible......who the fuck are WE to disrespect other people's clubs with that sort of attitude??

Also...to disrespect our OWN fans no matter where they came from for getting off their arses and paying rip off prices in these hard times to support the club.

Please to me these wankers are troll rags out to stir up shit,,,because if they aren't i can tell you now, this ISN'T what our club is about, never has been and never will and if you think it is...fuck off and follow someone else!

Edited to add not aimed at the OP,It was the some of the crap written that followed the question.

The fact that he doesn't do ritual clapping means that when he does clap the fans it actually means something. It means that when he clapped the fans after the games immediately following the Tevez saga he was genuinely thanking the fans, not just going through a "kissing the badge" type ritual

"your support is fucking shit"

sung throughout the game by a club who have averaged 13,000 for the last 20 years. well done lads getting shown up in front of the nation by some fucking picnic club from west london.

same thing will happen at chelsea. if you're going to pass yourself off as a blue down there then at least sing up.

Your attitude isnt great is it. Firstly, the qpr fans were in fine voice, as you'd expect they would be from most newly promoted teams. Secondly where I was I thought we seemed pretty vocal at least most around me were singing. And finally we looked like we were about to do a typical city at any second. With tension like that, it seems reasonable that wthe singing may be second to the wanting the result.

Out of interest did you go to extra lengths to improve the atmosphere?

Out of interest, were you there amongst the away crowd at QPR singing your heart out?

-- Sun Nov 06, 2011 4:22 pm --

i've stopped going to london aways for the following reasons;

london is a shithole
london is overpriced
our support down there gets riddled with the twice-a-year-cockney-blues type who don't make any effort to support the team

see you at liverpool, won't see you at chelsea.
So, you weren't even there. You honestly couldn't make that shit up, you got all that shit from the TV?

Absolute 'Cock' and 'Arse' spring to mind here

it was fucking quiet, if you're happy with that then fair enough.

we've been loud at most aways this season but for fulham and qpr. might have something to do with the southern blues crawling out for these ones.

61 post and in 2 of them you insult the fans who got up off there arse and made the effort and then insult southern based blues.

you`ll go a long way.

When i lived in Kent for 5 years i was in the London supporters branch run by Tina R.

They were amongst the most loyal blues i know and set off on match days at about 9.30am,not returing home until after 10pm at the earliest and myself travelling on to Kent after midnight. This was for a HOME match.

We travelled together to get group discount on Virgin trains and most went all over the country supporting City.

So to the knob who can't be bothered going half the time and selects games...i say,''People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones!''

I think he improved the atmosphere by not going to the match.

the support didn't deserve clapping yesterday.

worst away support of the season.

Any city fan who can be arsed to support the team away deserves to be clapped...a big effort and financial outlay involved these days.

Welldone to all the support yesterday.

You have no room to say whether our support was here or there, you weren't there so you don't have room to comment. Secondly, to bring down another club's fans just shows your own arrogance and stupidity. It's fans like you that give clubs a bad name.

I was watching on ESPN, indeed the QPR fans were very vocal as was to be expected but so were our lot, you need your ears checked and whilst your there get your head checked to.

Hypocritical dick

Nah it's because they're the only two ones in England that I've not been to this season.

To be honest I thought the support was alright last night though. When you're 4-1 up or whatever it's easy for the fans to be loud

it should never get to a point where the home fans are singing "your support is fucking shit" at us. tense or not you still sing up.

anyone who thinks qpr are not a tin pot club needs to wake up.

So because the home fans sing it, it must be true? I only heard them sing that once anyway, but that's not the point.

Out of interest, why do you think QPR are a tin pot club?

i was there and didnt hear that. oh and benny is the right name for you.

Er.... I agree with Benny, up to a point. I just wouldn't put it in such strident terms.

The support numbers were good, we had the whole of "One End" but the actual vocal support, esp when we were being pegged back, was relatively poor IMHO.

I think the prices and that it's in London/darn sarf has a big affect on the noise we make. Sorry if that offends anyone but it's what I, and others not on BM, thought. (See Spurs/Fulham/QPR)

As for Mancini clapping the fans, he'll generally do it when it's deserved. Yesterday it wasn't particularly... He doesn't over-praise the players so why would he over-praise the fans?

But, sincerely, well done for going.

To be honest you must be a rag. No City fan I've ever met would talk about other clubs in that way. As you already said you couldn't be arsed going yesterday (tin pot supporter) so you have no I idea what the away fans were like. Just hope we live up to your expectations at Liverpool when you can be arsed going

If we hadn't been lucky enough to have been taken over by Sheikh Mansour we would be a 'tin pot' club now.

I do agree though that the suppor at London games is different to other away games.
