Any fellow sufferers?

Could be fine allday, no problems, then bang it hits me - 10-15 sneezes all in a row, snot everywhere... and the eyes - aargh, I get the itchiest eyes ever, and I have to rub them - HAVE TO.
Bags under my eyes due to rubbing them, make's me look like I'm on drugs as my eyes go red aswell...

The worst thing? everyone staring whilst I'm sneezing :(

Not been bad for a couple of years now but I know how you feel, fucking horrible- get some generic (own brand) anti-histamine tablets (79p or so) does the job as good as Piriton (£3.80) I find Loratadine are the best

same problem - same remedy. For me loratadine works best. there is another one beginning with C but it's not as good for me

I get bad for a couple of weeks a year and my eyes swell up like donkeys bollocks.

went for a long walk along the canal in Sutton today. Got it bad, but loratidine got it under control.

How do you get the injection? Does your Dr need to test you? I've asked for a bit now and they say they don't do injections.

The best way to beat hayfever is by taking antihistamines in Feb/march so your body is suited for pollen rather than trying to defeat it once it has been triggered.

I'm on clarityn + prescription tablets, eyedrops and nasal spray, yet it still seems to do nothing for me. Basically I have to confine myself to the house- starts to flair up as soon as I go outdoors. The only thing that really helps are heavy showers to dampen down the pollen levels.

I've been getting it so bad recently I just can't wait for winter to come round again.
