hazard and his agent are playing a clever game. by saying hes made up his mind but yet to reveal still gives the other clubs a chance to up there offer.
for all we know he might not have told any club hes signing for them and all 3 clubs think hes signing for 1 of the other 2.

haha 2 clubs at the very minimum are going to hate this guy's guts the minute he "chooses" who he's going to. I'm not sure I would want him after all this, it is a little embarrassing for the top English clubs to get played around by a 21 year old and his agent.
