HDMI sender?

Hi just got a virgin v6 box and want to transmit from one tv from back of the house to one in the front. Virgin engineer recommended maplins who in turn recommend:
Maplin Full HD 1080p Wireless HDMI Video Sender for £150

Anyone any other ideas which are cheaper and or better?
