Heart-Warming Gesture By Our Club

Let's be honest, there are times when our club doesn't help itself. Witness various issues about sales of tickets in Home sections to fans of opposing clubs, fans being moved to accommodate corporate and hospitality "fans", even running out of chips. But there are other times, like this, when they make you proud to be a blue. That's a lovely gesture by the club, and Josko.

Feel for this kid.

I was bullied pretty badly during the last couple of years of primary school (20 years ago now, Jesus), by kids who my parents thought were my friends because I never told them anything. It's soul-crushing and confusing. One minute these kids would be my best mates, then the next they'd turn on me as a group. What's that line Sawyer says in Lost, "Kids are like dogs. You kick em around enough, they start to think they did something to deserve it". I couldn't wait to finish sixth year and get to high school, where things were immediately much better. All my bullies went to different schools. It took me a couple of years to fit in and find my tribe, but once I found them I never looked back.
