My guess is it would be a centre back? Arsenal have needed a centre back for ages and since it's clear Stones is coming to us, people may feel they can nab an existing defender off us. So maybe Mangala or Otamental?

Likely the mangler, Wenger has missed a big physical presence at CB.

Would like Bellerin, awesome athlete and has the raw technical skills. Give him a year under Zaba/Sagna to learn.
