I prefere German beers myself even though i stay almost next to the Heineken brewery a few months of the year hehe.

I find you have to keep them perfectly still for around 24 hrs before you pour them otherwise all you get is foam. Its a bit of a ball-ache to clear the fridge for it, but on certain occasions completely worth it.

I got a Desperados keg last time I went to France which was incredible.
