Helicopter flying over Manchester

Anyone seen, over the past couple of days, that black helicopter constantly hovering over Manchester? It stays in the same spot for ages, then moves on somewhere else, not moving at all, then somewhere else.

And before you say it, it's definitely not the police helicopter. Anyone who lives in Greater Manchester knows that little fella far too well, and having it nearly land on my head, I know what it looks like.
