Cheers for the help guys I seem to have sorted it because i am typing this on my own comp :-) Did a system restore from a date further back and it seems to have worked Thanks again

That's good mate. What becomes extremely irritating is when the restorations fail or are not set far back enough to the time before the problem arose - then you really do start exhausting all the options!
