help! I want to stop smoking thread.

Can we use this as our own thread for people who want to stop smoking.
We can try and help each other when the erge takes hold.
Other ex smokers with advice and support would be excellent and very welcomed.
Maybe the mods can make this a sticky so we dont have to search for it.
Please post your suggestions and stats.

Just make sure you lubricate properly.

I used the Nicorette Quick Mist mouth spray when I gave a year ago, and I found it really helpful without some of the jittery side effects linked with patches or medication.

Also, you can't over-use it, as it then gives you tremendous hiccups!

Thats excellent ive tried lots of ways. Im back on the patches with lozenges seems to be helping loads. I don't miss them as much as I thought I should.
