Help needed having THAT conversation with a female friend

Yep, you guessed it, I'm telling some lass that I'm good friends with how I feel (I like her like her, before you lot start ;-P).

Now I'm gonna have to do it, because it's driving me mental at the moment, but I'm not too sure on how to do it, so I was just wondering if any of you lot had any tips/experience that you'd be willing to share about doing something similar.
