Tough one this, I would take her out to the pics and buy some popcorn, you guessed it popcorn surprise!

The most important thing is, after you've told her, be understanding. Make sure she knows that if she doesn't want anything to happen, that you're okay with that (even if you're not) and you still want to be friends. There's nothing worse than a clingy lad who know's you have no interest in him.
