Help needed - season tickets disappeared from I phone wallet

Hi can anyone advise, I have 3 season tickets on my iPhone Walker, just looked today and 2 of them have disappeared. Has anyone else had this problem and more importantly anyone know how to fix it? Thanks

Probably in your expired folder in your wallet

How do I move my expired pass back into my Apple Wallet?​

• Open your Apple Wallet app
• Tap on "View Expired Passes" (you might need to scroll down if you have lots of passes in your wallet)
• Select your Season Ticket, and then select 'Unhide'
• Go back to the main Apple Wallet screen

Cheers pal, unfortunately the missing 2 aren’t in expired passes. Think I’ll go to the ground

Panic over for today at least. They think it’s a phone software update issue so sending me new links for the kids tomorrow, printed me off tickets for them today. At least it took my mind off the game for an hour!! Can start properly thinking about that now

Guessing you use an Android?

I have an iPhone and it has always updated to the next cup game the first time I look at it after the previous league game. But my mate with an Android has said before every single cup game this season that it’s either still showing the last game or has skipped to the next league game, the day before and sometimes still on the actual day of the cup game. It’s always corrected itself before kick off but it’s obviously an issue that needs fixing.

Iphone Mini 12 with latest software 16.
Since several updates to phone recently my pass continually disappears out of wallet. I download it, sometimes it stays there for an hour or two or maybe a day.

Not had the same problem but I have an iPhone and the pass in Apple wallet continually reverts to the September 2022 borussia dortmund game. Contacted City who supposedly fixed it by expiring my pass and sending me a link to reload it. It worked momentarily then went back to reverting to the BD game. Bobbins
