Hello. My partner's ticket doesn't seem to load in the Wallet. It appears as a blank membership pass without any match details for Wednesday. On the other hand, my pass has been in my Wallet since the Feyenoord game, so I don't understand why is it not working. The details such as supporter number, ticket number, etc. are there, but the actual game details (front page of the pass) are missing. You can click on it like normal, and there is some barcode, but I wonder if it's going to work if there are no match details on the membership pass. It has never happened to us in the past. Do you have any such experiences? Trying to ring the Club is an awful experience and takes ages at the time when both of us are at work, so we can't really stay on hold, waiting about and until someone calls back. I hope there is no need for that. Thank you very much for any suggestions!
