Basically, I'm having trouble with Q15. Is it Paddington Bear (Paddington being an area of London too) or Amsterdam?

I'm getting the feeling that this quizs target audience isn't expected to be very bright - I'd say it's been taken from either a womans magazine or a specialist publication for severely brain damaged people?
