Help regards online account

My grandads supporter has never had an online account , so I can't "login" as there is no password ..... also if I create/register an account it gives me a new supporters number and doesn't link to his actual account which has 14k tickets and he wants to apply for an access code. Rang the club said it has be online so to just login they can't do it over the phone ..... anyone know how I creat an online account for someone who is already an existing member

Sorted it guys added him as friends and family and could apply on his behalf

Help needed please guys has citys ticket site crashed I tried purchasing tickets before and just keeps coming up processing tickets no money has been taken and iv logged out and logged back in but still stuck saying the same thing any advice would be much appreciated thankyou in advance
