I'm trying to fill out a job application but I'm stumped with a couple of the questions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Our swimming pool is redundant 99% of the time - what would you do with it? * (Yeah they have a swimming pool!)

Hahaahaa so it is them. A real hire 'em fire 'em firm. Think twice if you're leaving a job to go there. If you're not working you've nothing to lose. Good luck.
