ive bought a used car(bmw) from a specialist,and it has a 3 months no quibble guarantee.
ive had the car for 10 days and its allready been back twice,and then tonight the engine management light has come on the dash.
im getting really pissed off with the car allready,and am considering asking the specialist tomorrow for a refund when i ring about the latest fault.....
do you think im being reasnable or should i just keep returning the car?????
and does any of you know how i stand with consumer rights etc???
