I know it isn't official but on ssn it was reported that the red bulls are to announce a big signing on Thursday and from what I have read it will be Henry.So it looks like he's taking the same step becham did.

Great signing for Backe, he'll have a field day. Few teams can offer New York City I suppose, should be good news overall for the MLS. Although Pele and Cruyff did the same thing years ago I suppose and that didn't turn the US onto football, but still.
