Absolute genius for Arsenal and will always be remembered / a legend but I don't think it is right for him to return. I think that there are two things (for me personally) that make me feel this would not be a good idea.
First of all I don't think it's right because if he is crap then it ruins his past achievements and what he used to be, it'd be tragic to witness such an amazing goalscorer having detiorated through age and lack of playing time.
The second and last point I will make is I think he could move to America and promote the MLS as Beckham did. I think that is where he would flourish and become the best in the league and if he came here I would have doubts as to whether he could handle the pace of the premiership anymore. As he has adapted to the Spanish League, he seems to have adapted so much that he has done so so much that he is not the same player.
I would rather we passed on the opportunity to sign him but in his prime he was an exceptional footballer and a real talent. One of the best in premiership history, no doubt.
