I was brought up in Heywood and I don't recognise that picture.

I think you'll find it's the paedo element they object to. No doubt the EDL and BNP have jumped on the bandwagon, but it's only a few years ago they released a known kiddie fiddler who had warned that he would strike again. The rumour went around that he was in a Heywood bail hostel and within minutes there was an angry/excited mob surrounding the place. As I recall he wasn't Asian.
