Yes, he scored 2, the other a penalty.One was definitely against Shrewsbury. I was sat in the old family stand so had a perfect view. Game finished 2-2, he score the other as well I think.

Not sure if he went there for 6th form, or if he stayed.Wasn't he at Xaverian 6th form?
He went to William Hulme Grammar School for secondary, as did Ashley Ward who was a year or two below.
William Hulme didn’t play football. It was Rugby, Cricket and Lacrosse until the school went to shit in the mid to late 90’s.
