Dre is an absolute plagiarist.

Warren G is the reason The Chronic was so good. Sourced the entire G Funk sound. Dre ensured he got fuck all credit.

Scott Storch and Hitman did all of the sound for 2001. Again, Dre took all the credit.

And yep, tons of ghostwriters. Not the genius people think.

Scott Storch didn't do all the sound for 2001. He's even admitted he came near the end of the album being recorded.

Personally, I feel without the D.O.C writing the lyrics for the Chronic, it wouldn't have been what it is.

Dre's a genius, and that's come from everyone he's worked with

100% spot on. Jay Z has been on fire since the black album but for some reason a lot of people have missed it.

His verse on Rick Ross’ The Devil is a lie is ridiculous. Same for Apeshit.

And he has some absolute bangers on the albums you mentioned. I didn’t like Magna Carta at first but Oceans is one of his best songs ever and Picasso Baby is a cracker. Kingdom Come is also a solid album from start to finish, and American Gangster is a classic.

AG intro is chilling.

Great album with some voice samples from the film.

Anyone got a BANGER of a track never released?

Mine is 'Lifetime'- Mos Def:

It's just so different and it's PURE Hip Hop, not rap.

That album 'True Magic' was something else.

I have two, quite recent ones

Unreleased Eminem and Dr Dre - Die Hard. Only a snippet of the track ever came out as it was used during apromo video for the Manny Pacquiao vs Shane Mosley fight some years ago

Obviously, the beats been used for decades, but when Conway premiered this track dancing with Mary J Blige everyone was buzzing for it.

Also to add. Nas recorded 3 versions of Ether, and only 1 was ever released. The one I'd of loved to hear is the version where he raps about wishing Dame Dash had died in the air plane crash that Aaliyah lost her life in.

Also Jay-Z & Lethal Bizzle with a Pow remix

I'm still annoyed the Benny shows in Manchester and London got cancelled.
