These players were relatively unknown, yet have come in and looked great. All still young, and have a great team and work ethic. These are the less are the types of players that don't win you games, but do win you seasons.

He also stopped Weiss going to the swamp.

Shay is his best signing in my opinion, followed by SWP, Belly, De Jong and Kompany.

I think Barry and Lescott will go on to be great signings as well.

His only real bad signing was TBH and maybe RSC, but too early to call yet.
