Was just saying to my brother last night the best thing liverpool could do is sack him and get kenny in for a few weeks until after the everton game cause he will give them a quick high but if they think he is the long term answer for the whole season then they are fucked. Over a period of time I think he will do worse than hodgson did. 10 odd years out of management? It's been that way fir a reason but ah well can't wait to see how this car crash season ends for Liverpool, hopefully not to well.

Definitely a poisoned chalice for Kenny.
I honestly doubt he will make a difference.
Lpool just lack the quality players required to compete with the top sides in the league.
They desperately need investment and rebuilding. What the do not need is a short term manager but that's what they've got.

As Lawrie Sanchez so beautifully put in on 5-live they are no longer a big club. Until they accept this they will not go forwards.

Big difference between Shearer at Newcastle and Kenny Dalglish.Shearer had never managed and had 7 games to save them.Dalglish has won titles and is present at every Liverpool game so knows exactly what is going on and what he is working with. I still think LIverpool will finish 6th.
