Holiday suggestions for next year

Just returned from another beach holiday in Spain and vowed not to go on another sunbathing holiday!
Anybody got any suggestions as to somewhere different and something different for a holiday destination next year.Nothing too energetic.

Hire a camper van and go round New Zealand

Northern France. Normandy, Brittany are both easy to get to and truly wasted on the French.

Will have a 2grand budget so think NZ will be out,could do the travelling in France bit though.
