Holidays

I go at least once a year, sometimes twice.
Already booked for next October.
Tip
St Marks square, end opposite the tower.
Musee Correr has a cafe. People don’t realise you can access the cafe without paying for the museum.
You can nab a table with a view down the square and the coffees and panini don’t cost an arm and a leg with great service and you can stay as long as you want.
Has all the scaffolding gone in the square ? It was full of it in june/july

If it’s direct flights from U.K. and back, you effectively fly around world (to avoid ruskie airspace) outbound Turkish side of Black Sea then return back over the pole. You may, depending on you’re departure time, get to see two daybreaks on your 14 hr flight home. Out there with JAL in September and with the £ at 200 yen, never been a better time to go. Kampai!
thanks for that
depart LHR 1900
depart HND 1000

flying ANA

chicken dinner...

Just bagged a press trip to Japan - 13 days, depart November 21 - never been, fkn made up if I'm honest - had to pay for Mrs KBN's flight but apart from that, all else is on the house

It's fucking brilliant. Can't wait to go back. The flight is a right fucking killer though. The jetlag when I got back was awful, for about a week!
