What‘s the score with doing an upgrade nowadays, is it still possible?

Can’t for the life of me find it on the OS, but my son isn’t about for the Palace game and want to upgrade it from an 18-21 ticket to a full adult.

Was thinking of this before Burnley game neither of my lads could go so went on my own was going to try and upgrade but couldn't be arsed which resulted in two empty seats!!

I'm a rammy blue too ... my daughter can't come to the Palace game so you need to ring up and they transfer it .. took 20 mins to get through was 27 in the queue.. transferred to over 65 to take my dad .. cost me an extra £11 plus £2.50 booking fee

I'm sure they said there would be no upgrade fees this season.

It did say no upgrade fee in the Burnley game terms and conditions email. Not sure if it’s for all games though

Yes they definitely charged me £2.50 booking fee .. its on the email

My daughter and I have season tickets. She cannot go to the Palace game, so we created an account for my wife and transferred the ticket to her. For some reason it went into my wallet, so I have both tickets on my phone. Also her ticket is now white instead of blue and there is no QR code on the second page of the ticket. Does anyone know if this is normal and if it will work OK?

There has not been a steward inside all season where I go in so not sure how they would know. All stewards seem to be helping outside pre kick off
