Homeland.

Brilliant series and really enjoying it

Nothing will ever match the Sopranos or MadMen for me , but i will put Homeland in the 24, Lost category ... unrealistically entertaining !

Apparently, according to my sister-in-law in the States, at the end of series 2 Brody wakes up and finds it has all been a dream.

No spoilers.

Spoilers.

Highly unrealistic series. But its addictive, though.

Yep, it's starting to get a bit silly now.

No way would a known terrorist group just turn up in a helicopter and whisk a congressman away.

Nor would they let a deranged ex agent totally run the thing "only carrie can do this!!" what in the entire US intelligence service she is the only one who is capable of cracking an"imminent attack from al quedia"

And where has the CIA boss Estes (brilliant black Brit actor) gone? Seems to have been on holiday most of this series.

Shame for me because it was excellent but going off rails now

Well, from the latest episode, someone named Dar Adal is running the whole thing and Saul,Brody and Carrie appear to be just pawns

I think what they've done this season is to make it less realistic but more action packed, they must have had lots of complaints about it being too slow in the first season because it was!

I agree with those who said its getting a bit silly, but its still highly entertaining.

I don't neccessarily watch it for its realism : )

Some things bug me, it seems like every other episode is gripping. As in, one episode is slow paced that builds towards the next episode. Which is great, but I wish they were two hour episodes rather than one. I also think there is one major twist to come, can just feel it. Somethings don't add up to me. I have my thoughts, but, whilst I am only assuming, don't want to spoil anything for anyone. And finally, is Carrie attractive? is she not? That really bugs me.

Still great series. I just hope they don't drag it out for 9 series' etc, this one needs to do an (english) office and finish, maybe end of 3rd series would be good.
