And I don't just mean not getting the right players in, but with Chelsea winning Europa, don't want this turning heads of players we are chasing like it did for Hazard last year. So whoever the targets are, get them done as soon as possible and don't allow for this.
Also, Cavani is one I definitely see this coming into play in, and in the event we lose out on him (and Falcao goes to Monaco) I propose Jackson Martinez as an alternative to bring in as striker, has 30 goals in all comps for Porto this season (remind you have someone?) and would be much less expensive than a Cavani would.

The Europa league has nowhere near the same gravitas as the Champions League, i honestly can't see it making a difference to anyone.

Would be very happy with Jackson. Have only seen him in the CL but looks ace. But Europa doesn't have anywhere near as much pull as the Champions League so not too worried there.

Confident we'll get some very, very good players in but more importantly, the right players.
