Horrendous Cough

Is anyone else suffering this bout that is currently doing the rounds.

1 week in and struggling with a constant rattling chest and now painful as i have coughed that hard.

Just filled in NHS on line and expecting a call back within the hour.

There is a bad dose of covid going round at the moment my daughter had the cough last week nine days later she is finally on the mend !
Maybe do a test ?

I've just had it, covid -ve test.

Antibiotics, steroids and cortizone tablets did the trick in 3-4 days.

But I did have blood in my cough it was that bad, constantly coughing and only 2hrs sleep per day for a week. Gone now
