By my calculations if Otamendi leaves we have space for 2, Zinchenko leaves aa well we have space for 3.

I'll be shocked if Zinchenko, Ota and Garcia are still here. Does that not open spaces?
Ota does for Dias, Garcia no - he counts as club trained, so doesn’t take a foreign spot.
Zin would - if he leaves, I’d imagine we’ll bring a left back in.

Well Ota looks to be sorted,Garcia hopefully if Barca haven't actually watched him play, and Zinchenko is only just fit , so there is a chance, although not seen gossip about anybody wanting him.

With 5 non-club-trained home grown against a limit of 4, one of them takes a foreign player spot.
That’s why the club wanted Otamendi out before bringing a new cb in.

Got to be mate. It’s arguable we don’t even have a fully functioning left back in the squad anymore.

It's a bargain, right now to some people it may seem a lot for a 22 year old but when Sterling signed for City it seemed way over priced, 5 years later he's worth 3x the price City paid imo and same with Van Dijk.50m euros ia a pretty decent price for a player of his quality
