Got 2 very close and good mates, one male and one female.

I get on with my Wife very well so she's also on the list.

I have around 6 or 7 other good mates that I see most weekends.

Bob - may I ask if the wife is fine with you having a close female friend? And (iam not taking the piss here) is it possible to have a close female friend and not want to shag her???

one of mr bg74's closest friends is a woman. he's known her all his life as they grew up living across the road from each other.
when we first met I questioned the relationship but he quickly made it clear that he thought of her as a sister rather than a potential girlfriend.
doesn't bother me in the slightest now.

i used to have a really good friend that was a girl, she knew i wanted to shag her so she used to tease me by stripping off in front of me when we were at her house.

It's quite easy you know the lasses I mentioned earlier I have know since late teens and then when young and immature I may have fancied one but knew it was not gonna happen so never pursued it after that thought of her sexually never entered my head and never looked at her that way, as for the other lasses weren't my type we just got on and became great friend and like family, nearly 20 years later I meet them all the time and never think of them in a sexual way, I grew up with them and find it easy enough to see beyond them that way, I have even shared beds with them before I was married on trips to visit each other and not thought about anything happening. at first the missus quizzed me about them but is good friends with them and knows I have no interest
